The Royal Bacon Society
posted bystavMy day to day job, among other things, requires me to research and write little snippets about new products and food industry things from time to time for publishing on the web.
While I was chasing information about bacon, I came across this.
And from their Bacon store, I found this t shirt - they even have my size.
Oink - Oink!

Please TK - for my Christmas stocking?

We’re changing a few things around and trialing the flock browser for blogging. I’m sort of hoping that it might make it more conveninet to post up an image and get any random occurances up here and online. As always, with me and things technology, expect a couple of train wrecks along the way.

I’m writing this in case some expectant father stumbles across this website looking for clues.
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! (Not the baby instructions mate - unfortunately they don’t come with one. The other thing missing with a new baby is the OFF button).
I’m talking mainly about the things you need to know when you get the baby home. I got caught up reading about what was happening to the baby and my wonderful wife during the gestation period. All the nitty gritty detail about hormones, indigestion, bloating, excess fluid and difficulty sleeping is really not something you don’t need to know. The fact is, your missus is going to tell you what is going on in there whether you like it or not.
What you really need to know is how much a baby needs to eat, why it needs to sleep so much, why it doesn’t come when you call, how much laundry liquid to put in the washing machine, and more so, how to use the steriliser, how to use the washing machine, how to put the breast pump together and so on.
I had a bit of an idea on the everyday domestic stuff but when the crunch came, I was helping TK unpack the breast pump when TK needed to use it and Wilson was ready for a feed. The baby monitor is another example.
It’s simple - like the old boy scouts motto, “Be Prepared”.

Mr Jones is modelling the latest in nursery wear from the designers at ESSR. This is a must have for any infant gettin around “The Hood”. This is the perfect matching accessory to the ESSR, moisture wicking, technical bib launched earlier this month.
Made from 100% pure cotton, the ESSR nappy has style wrtitten all over it.
Truth be told, TK and GG are just bored, waiting for the barometric pressure to drop further or last nights curry to kick in.

posted bystavTK missed out on Mothers day which is a shame. But luckily Dobbie already bought her an iron so next mothers day will be the matching blender I suppose……
No guessing or wondering, it’ll keep me entertained for hours down at the Chelsea Velodrome and best of all, it doesn’t come flat packed. Oh, did I mention that I need it to?
So if you’re wondering what to get me for fathers day then here it is.

It’s a KHS Flite 100, track/fixie…. great bang for buck TK.
Oz’s missus just bought him one…..
